At Oakleigh Greek Orthodox College, we are firm believers of student individual differences and the right for every student to learn in an inclusive environment that challenges empowers and supports him or her to meet his or her individual potential. We acknowledge that all students have varying strengths and needs. The recognition and nurturing of such strengths is a shared responsibility of the whole school community.

The Student Services Unit aims to provide intervention, support and enrichment for identified students who require Individualized Learning Programs. The role of the SSU is to coordinate the network of support that is required to successfully integrate a student with special needs, as well as stimulating and extending students who require further challenges.
